Ticket Returns​

As a matter of policy we regret that we are unable to refund money for tickets purchased to our concerts and events. However, if an event is sold out and there is still demand for tickets then we may be able to re-sell your unwanted tickets and then refund you

Please note the following general guidelines:-

1. Money can only be refunded to the bank card used to make the original purchase

2. An administration charge of £2 per seat will be deducted from the original price paid 

3. Refunds will not be made until the week following the concert or event, after all resales have been completed

If you have tickets that you would like to sell on in this way then please email surreyhillsreturns@teamtamer.com quoting the ticket number shown on your original ticket email, and indicating how many of the original number of seats you would like to pass on.
